Return Process

  Log into your DiagMart account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
